Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
  • Carrier: Yamato Transport (International TA-Q-BIN) for the United States, Canada and Europe. EMS (Japan Post) for Asia.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
  • Free shipping on orders over ¥200,000 to the United States, Canada and Europe, and over ¥150,000 to Asia (shown in your local currency at checkout).
  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Asia: approx. 2–5 days
  • Europe: approx. 5–10 days
  • Canada / Oceania: approx. 6–10 days
  • United States: approx. 7–9 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weekends, holidays or flight delays.

Prices & Taxes

  • Prices for international orders do not include Japanese consumption tax (10%).

Import Duties & Taxes

  • United States, Canada and Europe: Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. There are no additional charges on delivery.
  • Other countries: Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Customs Requirements

  • South Korea: Please enter your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) at checkout. Your order cannot clear customs without it.
  • Taiwan: Please complete recipient verification in the EZ WAY app when notified. Your order cannot clear customs without it.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to international shipping costs and import duties, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Please check product measurements and details carefully before purchasing. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Shipping fees, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
