【How to Use】
---Credit Card Payment---
Please first pay for the products you wish to try on using this try-on service. After trying on the products, if you wish to purchase them, please keep them. If you purchase the products, the 2,200 yen try-on service fee will be refunded.
If the style or size is not right and you wish to return the products, we will cancel your credit card payment as soon as the products are returned to the store.
---Bank Transfer---
Please transfer the purchase amount to the designated account.If you purchase the products, the 2,200 yen try-on service fee will be refunded to your bank account.
If the style or size is not right and you wish to return the products, we will refund the product price as soon as the products are returned to the store.
※If you return the products, the 2,200 yen try-on service fee cannot be refunded.
【Terms of Use】
・You may use the service for up to 2 items per use.You may also use it for different sizes to compare them.
・Please receive the products within 2 days of the order date. You cannot specify a delivery date more than 3 days in advance. (Please be sure to contact us if your receipt will be delayed.)
・Please let us know whether or not you wish to purchase the products by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt.
・If we do not hear from you by the deadline, we will assume you wish to purchase the products and confirm the payment. Please note that we cannot issue a refund once the payment is confirmed.
・When returning the products, please return them in the same condition as when they were delivered, on the day after they arrive. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
・If the return is delayed, a late fee equal to the try-on service fee will be charged for each item.
・If the products require restoration, such as when wrinkles are noticeable upon return, an additional fee will be charged.
・If the condition is significantly different from when they were shipped, we will proceed with the purchase process.
・Sale items are not eligible for the try-on service.
